VOX POPULI

This band from Visé near Liège formed in the mid-80s and got post-punk under their skin straight away.
A 5-track mini-album raised their profile, mainly in Wallonia and northern France. This led to opening slots for bands such as Fuzzbox, Litfiba, And Also The Trees, Minimal Compact and Cassandra Complex. After a split in 1989, the band led by Jean-Paul Devox (involved in a wide range of projects) reformed briefly in 2005 for some fifteen gigs.
The comeback in 2023 seems much more serious. In addition to its acclaimed performance at the Golden Age Rock Festival, Vox Populi is preparing a new opus that will combine the new and the vintage.

A first clip augurs well for a rejuvenating treatment!

DARILL

DARILL (Eric Baumont) is a songwriter from Liege who has been making alternative music with a pop, rock and electro flavor for ten years. A fan of New Wave and Electro Rock, he has an EP and 3 albums to his name.
With his band, he has performed on several regional stages, with muscular live performances, including at SOS Recording, the Fêtes de Wallonie in Seraing and the Francofolies in Spa.
He is taking advantage of the Lockdown and the end of culture to explore new sonic horizons, releasing 2 new singles in 2021, “Blindness Of America” and “Our Stars.
We understand a new album is in the pipeline for 2022.
Darill uses synthesizers and guitar riffs to create a style all his own, backed by catchy melodies.
One thing’s for sure, you won’t remain desensitized to his universe.
