You can buy tickets onsite if the event is not yet sold out. A surcharge may be possible.

Yes, tickets are not personalized.

No, it is not necessary to print your tickets if you have the digital version on your smartphone.

In general, the most reliable way to resell your tickets is to use the Ticketswap platform.

If the concert is sold out, you can also use our waiting list: people are already registered there hoping that tickets will become available, which makes resale easier.

This is only possible if you purchased cancellation insurance when making your booking.

For each concert, you can join a waiting list by clicking on the TICKETS link of the relevant event.

Otherwise, we recommend trying to resell your tickets (see section above).

If your concert is canceled, you will be notified by email. It will explain the steps to follow to request a refund.

If your concert is postponed, your tickets will remain valid.
However, if you are not available on the new date, please contact Paylogic customer service via: https://customerservice.paylogic.fr/hc/fr/requests/new

Paying lockers are available on the second floor of the hall and in the restaurant.

Forgotten your locker? Your personal belongings will be available the next working day at OM Resto from 12pm to 2pm.

Yes, hearing protection is available for purchase on site.

No: once you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Yes, there is a smoking area on the outdoor terrace.

There is no minimum age to attend our concerts, unless otherwise stated on the page dedicated to each event on this website.
However, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

All entries are paid; there is no free admission for children unless otherwise specified on the event page.

You may bring a simple digital camera or smartphone, but flash photography is not allowed.
Photography with professional equipment is only permitted with prior authorization.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to prohibit the following items in the concert venue:

• Pocket knives
• Weapons
• Drinks and snacks
• Glass bottles
• Umbrellas
• Backpacks
• Any recording equipment, except your mobile phone or smartphone

L’OM, également connu sous le nom de l’ancienne “Salle des fêtes d’Ougrée-Marihaye”, a été conçu en 1948 par l’architecte belge Georges Dedoyard, également auteur des thermes de la Sauvenière à Liège, du pont-barrage de l’île de Monsin et du monument de la Bataille des Ardennes à Bastogne.

Le site, d’abord salle de banquet pour les ouvriers de Cockerill, a été progressivement abandonné. En 2010, après plusieurs décennies sans occupation, la ville de Seraing a décidé de racheter le bâtiment d’Arcelor Mittal et d’autres à proximité pour en faire un nouveau centre culturel et redynamiser le quartier. Cependant, la ville a mis un point d’honneur à préserver le style architectural original du bâtiment.

Would you like to hire one of the rooms at OM for a corporate event? The OM offers various tailor-made packages, ranging from VIP reception facilities (private balcony, reception area) to catering services. Our three rooms, which can accommodate between 300 and 1700 people, can be made available to you. The ease of access and the large number of parking spaces available (more than 900) are real assets for the smooth running of your event.

From the city centre, take tram 1 to Sclessin Standard, then buses 44, 45 or 91 to Ougrée, Rue Trasenter.

Bus 56 also departs from the city centre and goes directly to the same area.

– NEW! ATELIERS CENTRAUX PARKING: Located just a few dozen meters from OM, this FREE parking lot offers over 600 spaces to facilitate your arrival.

Access:
– From Seraing, take the N90a.
– From the Ougrée bridge towards Condroz, take the Ougrée Bas exit. Then take the first right: the parking lot is directly on your right.

A pedestrian footbridge takes you directly from the parking lot to the back of the venue (5-10 min walk).
