OM is easily accessible, close to the main roads and the city centre of Liège and Seraing. More than 900 parking spaces will be available nearby, including several spaces reserved for PRM:
- 300 parking spaces are already available in the surroundings.
- The Ateliers Centraux car park, located a few dozen metres away, has more than 600 parking spaces and will be linked to the OM via a footbridge. This car park will be accessible from December 2023.

Buy your tickets online by clicking on the “TICKETS” link on each event.. You will then receive your tickets by email. Payment can be made by Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, Payconiq.
You can buy tickets onsite if the event is not yet sold out. A surcharge may be possible.

PRM
The OM hall is accessible to people with reduced mobility and special needs. There is a wheelchair-friendly entrance at the back of the hall, with dedicated parking spaces. OM is also equipped with adapted toilets.
If you would like to use the wheelchair entrance or require any other special assistance, please fill in the form in the “contact” section. We will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution.
We would like to inform you that there is no designated area in the different rooms and that seating is free. We therefore recommend that you arrive before the doors open.
LOCKERS
Paying lockers are available on the second floor of the hall and in the restaurant.
Forgotten your locker? Your personal belongings will be available the next working day at OM Resto from 12pm to 2pm.

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?
You can buy your tickets online, or at the box office on the evening if the event is not sold out. Please note that there may be a surcharge on site.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
E-tickets are sent within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.
If you have not received your tickets after this time, please check if they are not in your spam folder. If you still haven’t received them, please contact us at info@omconcerts.be .
CAN I GIVE TICKETS IN MY NAME TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, tickets are not nominative.
WHAT IF MY CONCERT IS CANCELLED? AND IF IT IS POSTPONED?
If your concert is cancelled, you will be notified by email. The email will explain the procedure to follow for a refund.
If your concert is postponed, the tickets remain valid. However, if you are not available on the rescheduled date, please contact the Paylogic service via https://customerservice.paylogic.fr/hc/fr/requests/new .
WHERE IS OM LOCATED?
OM is located at Quai Louva 1, 4102 Seraing. The hall is easily accessible by car or public transport.
IS THERE SEATING IN THE DIFFERENT ROOMS?
No, there are no seating areas in the rooms. Events are always standing, unless otherwise stated on the event page.
ARE THERE ANY MEASURES TAKEN FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND/OR SPECIAL NEEDS?
The OM hall is accessible to people with reduced mobility and special needs. There are adapted toilets and a specific entrance for wheelchairs at the back of the hall. Parking spaces are also reserved. Please fill in the form in the “contact” section if you require any assistance.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND A CONCERT?
There is no minimum age to attend our concerts, unless otherwise indicated on the page dedicated to each event on this site. However, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
There is a charge for entry to all events and no free admission for children, unless otherwise stated on the event page.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CONCERTS?
You can bring a simple digital camera or smartphone, but flashes are not allowed. Photography with professional equipment is only allowed with our prior permission. Requests for professional photography can be made in the “Contact” tab.
WHAT OBJECTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM?

BUSINESS
ORGANISE YOUR OWN EVENTS
Located on the outskirts of Liège, the OM enjoys an exceptional location and is easily accessible (bus, TGV station, large car parks, etc.). Our three rooms, with capacities ranging from 300 to 1700 standing places, can be equipped with a professional audiovisual infrastructure. We can also provide you with qualified personnel.
Our largest room, the Transenster room, can accommodate up to 1700 people, which makes it a unique hall in Wallonia. Numerous possibilities for VIP reception are also possible, via a private balcony in the Trasenster room, a reception area, or even a caterer.

Designed in 1948 by Belgian architect Georges Dedoyard, the building has recently been renovated, while retaining the essence of the design and convenience for which it is famous.
The OM has 3 halls of different sizes and capacities. The main hall of the complex, the so-called Trasenster Hall, can host up to 1700 people, including 200 on a balcony that can be privatised. The Louva Room, with a view of the Meuse and a period bar, can accommodate up to 500 people. The Club Room, located on the ground floor, has a capacity of 300 people.

L’OM, également connu sous le nom de l’ancienne “Salle des fêtes d’Ougrée-Marihaye”, a été conçu en 1948 par l’architecte belge Georges Dedoyard, également auteur des thermes de la Sauvenière à Liège, du pont-barrage de l’île de Monsin et du monument de la Bataille des Ardennes à Bastogne.
Le site, d’abord salle de banquet pour les ouvriers de Cockerill, a été progressivement abandonné. En 2010, après plusieurs décennies sans occupation, la ville de Seraing a décidé de racheter le bâtiment d’Arcelor Mittal et d’autres à proximité pour en faire un nouveau centre culturel et redynamiser le quartier. Cependant, la ville a mis un point d’honneur à préserver le style architectural original du bâtiment.
