NTO
The story of NTO is the story of an encounter. That of a kid from the South of France with electronic music and the dancefloor.
After a trip to the Sziget Festival at the age of 18, he assiduously frequented La Villa Rouge and Bar Live, two legendary clubs in Montpellier. German minimal techno was booming, and Anthony Favier spent his nights listening to Stephan Bodzin, James Holden and the debut of Paul Kalkbrenner: “the biggest crush of my life”. The evocative power of melodies, the power of the kick, the unifying atmosphere of the dancefloor: a triptych that drove him frantically towards production without going through the DJ stage.
He also met Worakls and Joachim Pastor, with whom he founded Hungry. Music in 2013. From the Olympia to the Vieilles Charrues, he learns to master the stage. Thanks to his hits “Trauma” and “La clé des champs”, which racked up several million listens on the platforms, NTO’s career took off internationally, whether in the Netherlands, Germany, Eastern Europe or Canada…
Today, NTO is embarking on a new chapter in its career. With its deep bass and lysergic harmonies, NTO filters its melodies to make them burst forth, as if emerging from the water
after hitting bottom.
